I'm going to review them separately since they're a little bit different in terms of types of shadows and pigmentation as well as colors, and I think I'm going to review the Glinda palette first.
The Glinda Palette:

Not gonna lie, I was definitely more excited for this palette than I was for the Theodora palette, (although that one's gorgeous too) and I do like it a little bit better! but that's mostly because I love the colors in here more, and I think they work better together as a whole.
Tornado, Aura, and Magic
Tornado is kind of a medium-dark purple with iridescent shimmer (though it swatches more brown, it shows up purple on the lid), Aura is a duo shade of duochromes (I see what you did there UD), a sheer peach that flashes pink and a sheer white that flashes blue, and Magic is a light cotton candy pink color, again with an iridescent shimmer (from now on, I'm just going to call the iridescent shades '(color description) with shimmer').
Illusion, Oz, and South
Illusion is a satin peach shade, Oz is a duo glitter shade, a gold glitter and a silver glitter, and South is a dark silver-gray with shimmer.
This palette definitely has more glitter and sparkle than Theodora, since all of these have at least a little bit of shimmer. The only issue I have with it is, as you may have already heard, the gold side of Oz has a ton of fallout, reminiscent of Urban Decay's old, kind of infamous, formula. The shades in Aura are also very sheer, which i don't mind much because i will probably use the white side mostly for my inner corners and the peach-y side for a browbone highlight or to layer over a cream shadow, but some people may mot like the sheerness. Overall, though, the texture and pigmentation of these shadows are very good, and you don't have to pack on a ton of product for it to show up, so these shadows will likely last you a long time.
I already did a look with the Glinda palette, following a tutorial by xsparkage, that I really like.

The Theodora palette:
This palette is the more neutral of the two, with a matte and a semi-matte shade, three different brown colors, and a beige shade. I like that they included the neutrals, but at the same time I wish it were a darker palette to accentuate the fact that she's supposed to be the villain. I also don't think the colors in this palette all work super well together, especially the black and gold shade. It kind of seems like they were confused on what they wanted to accomplish with this palette, whether they wanted to put some darker shades in or make it completely neutral.
Broken, Beware, Bewitch, West
Broken is a semi-matte beige shade with a light sheen, Beware is a light matte brown, Bewitch is a dark brown with light shimmer (These show up in the swatches more glittery than they are because i had glitter on my hand leftover from the Glinda swatches), and West is a medium brown with shimmer and some purple undertones.
Spell, Jealous
Spell is a duo shade, with a shimmery black and a glittery gold, and Jealous is a duo with two satin green shades, an olive color and a light green color.
I really like the first four shades, they were very smooth and pigmented. I think UD did a nice job on the matte and the semi-matte, both had a silky texture and Beware, the matte, was only the littlest bit chalky, which is to be expected from a matte shade.
I was kind of disappointed in Spell, because the one dark shade in the palette, the black side, was only very lightly pigmented. I really liked the gold side though, it was a lot better than the gold in Oz from the Glinda palette, with very little fallout. I almost wish they would have switched the two golds, so we would have one amazing color and one mediocre one, but alas. I really like Jealous, and i'm glad they included it, as it, along with Spell, kind of seems like the only shade really relevant to the Wicked Witch of the West.
Overall, I like the texture and pigmentation of these shadows too, I just wish this palette had a solid direction and that the colors were more relevant to the character and meshed better.
The palettes also came with a travel-size 24/7 eyeliner pencil and a full-sized Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color. For the Glinda palette, it came with an eye pencil in the shade Rockstar and a lip color in the shade Glinda. The Theodora palette's eye pencil was in the shade Zero and the lip color was in the shade Theodora.
Left: Rockstar and Glinda, Right: Zero and Theodora
Rockstar is a dark purple with brown tones in it. Glinda is a sheer glossy pink.
Zero is a black. Theodora is a bright, very pigmented red.
To be honest, I'd already tried both of the liners before receiving this palette, and I have very different opinions of each of them.
Rockstar is my favorite UD liner color, it's very pigmented and very wearable for every day, it glides on super smoothly, and I'm really glad to have another one.
Zero, not so much. It's not that it's a bad liner, but a) it's more of a charcoal/light black color, not a true black, b) it doesn't glide as smoothly as most other 24/7 liners, and c) it's included in almost every UD palette so I already have i think 3? of them.
I really wish they'd included Perversion, because it's the best black liner I've tried, a true deep black with a very smooth application. If you're ever looking for a black liner, that's the one I'd recommend.
It was my first time trying UD's pencil lip colors, and I'm definitely a fan of them! They're super easy to apply, smooth with a very precise application, and they're not at all drying. Both colors were pigmented on the lips, Glinda a light pink with a pronounced gloss finish and Theodora a bold red with a more subtle glossy look. They do stain your lips a bit, Theodora more than Glinda. I really like that, because i hate reapplying lip colors throughout the day!
So overall, I give the Glinda palette an 9/10, because of the fallout in Oz and the sheerness of Aura.
I give the Theodora palette an 8/10, for the Zero pencil, the lightly pigmented black side of Spell, and the fact that the colors didn't work together super well.
These retail for $49 each, which may seem kind of steep for 6 eyeshadows, an eyeliner pencil, and a lip color, but the approximate value were you to purchase everything individually is around $155, so you're really getting a pretty good deal, especially considering the quality of the products.
So, are they worth buying?
Yes! And they're limited edition, so you better get them fast!
These are available at Ulta, Sephora, or on Urban Decay.
